CV writing service
With the Sense of Direction CV writing service you won't get a colourful, jazzy, graphically designed CV. You will get one that is tailored for a specific job and formatted so a recruiter (human or computer) can quickly and easily see that you are a good match.

Cover letter service
Many people make the mistake of thinking a cover letter is optional - it isn't! Even if the application doesn't ask you to include one, you should.

Recruiters quickly weed out applications that are generic and have been submitted with little thought, research or care.

Selection criteria
Many public sector jobs require a separate document to address essential selection criteria. There's quite an art to writing responses which demonstrate how you meet the criteria.

In order for your application to be even be considered by the recruiter, you need to be able to meet all the essential criteria. An initial consultation will determine if this is the case and a further consultation may be required to gather all your information.

Price - $330 including a 45 minute consultation
Interview coaching
Most of us find job interviews nerve-wracking. We don't know what questions we'll be asked, how to answer them or how to present ourselves.
The interview coaching session teaches you what to say and how to say it in a way that shows the selection panel that you're the best match for them and the job.

FAQs
Do I have to pay for the service every time I apply for a different job?​
If the jobs have very similar selection criteria then you can probably tailor your applications yourself. But if you can't or don't have the time, then yes, you pay each time you use the service.

When will I receive my application?​
You will receive your document(s) a week after the consultation. Depending on availability there may be the possibility of a 48 hour turnaround for an extra $100.
